Service Description

All of Us is a 12-hour course delivered in six, 2-hour, live-taught online sessions. Trauma-responsive skills generate strong, positive interactions and cultures which enhance engagement, professional satisfaction, the delivery of high-quality work, and can restore a sense of professional purpose. Participants will acquire skills to: 1. Comprehensively recognize and understand the multivariate sources and impact of toxic stress, harm and trauma; 2. Create conditions that prioritize physical and psychological safety, and establish cultures of trust, transparency, openness in teams and organizations, and foster positive team dynamics. Skills in trauma-responsive engagement also provides: • Reduced vulnerability to burnout • Higher rate of recovery from emotional exhaustion • Improved professional quality of life • Immediately actionable strategies and practices for the workplace Lodestar faculty are seasoned professionals, committed to ensuring that learners gain proficiency with materials, integrate new learning, and are provided ample skills practice. The program is live taught in optimized small groups to ensure high-quality participant experience, and with great intentionality, centered on and in service to the needs of the group and individual participants.
