Sookyung Suh is an organizational change management and human performance expert and researcher. She earned her PhD and master’s degree from Florida State University. She is currently on staff at SIU Medicine, and has been since January 2018.
Dr. Sookyung Suh is a seasoned educator, coach, researcher, and change management practitioner with a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Specializing in guiding organizational changes and addressing human performance-related challenges, Dr. Suh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice.As a coach, Dr. Suh combines her expertise in performance management, trauma-informed coaching, and organizational change management to help clients understand the big picture and address the root causes of challenges. With four certifications in professional, executive, and trauma-informed coaching, she adopts a comprehensive and empathetic approach to co-create effective strategies for sustainable growth.
With over a decade of experience leading large-scale organizational changes at top management consulting firms such as PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers), Dell Services, and KPMG BearingPoint, Dr. Suh excels in navigating complex challenges through data analysis and relationship building. She holds a master's degree in Instructional Systems and Human Performance Technology, as well as a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University. Additionally, she is a certified Project Management Professional and completed Executive Coaching diplomas at Emory University in 2023.
Outside of her professional work, she practices leadership development with her two daughters and enjoys creating natural skincare products.
