She has also served as an Associate General Counsel for the Office of General Counsel at US Army and recently worked at State Department, Embassy Beijing gaining expertise in Indo-Pacific-Asia affairs, strategic problem solving. She has a wide breadth of expertise, not limited to federal civilian personnel law and regulatory matters, diversity guidance, criminal law, administrative law and operations, ethics, the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act.
